For me not usable. Please update.
If you and a friend want to code and decode messages to each other so you can be cool without actually learning morse code, then download this application. Youll love it. But if you were actually hoping to learn how to send and receive morse messages in a real life situation where all you had was a telegram phone, or if you wanted to be able to talk to someone without anyone else in the room understanding you, this application is useless. The game is poorly designed and you cant actually play it. They expect you to be able to go 12 ms per unit right from the get go, and even if you could, the digital telegram phone doesnt actually respond. You press it and it makes the sound like half a second later. Then it tells you that you morsed a T or an E and instead of letting you try again immediately, you have to press TRY AGAIN every time.
Exactly The ads are annoying
Constant full-screen ad popups steal clicks, as do the small ads at the bottom that pop up at random right over the navigation bar. If you DO manage to use it, its dit/dah detection is so laggy you cant really USE it. This is the first app that was so bad I had to write a review. Dont waste your time.
The program is almost unusable because of the ads and the game is unreaponsive that it is useless.
Obnoxious implementation of adware.
I really like how you can easily practice interpretation through both flashes an sounds, but I dont like how the ads actually cover up part of the (i) page. (Note to creator): The auto "send message" prompt, in my opinion, should not cover up the upper text box every time you edit what you want it to translate; perhaps a "send" button parallel with the (i) button on the top right? Great app overall though!
Nice app but keeps dropping dashes in the game mode. Works fine for a while then starts dropping your input
I love this app out of all the morse code apps i always go back to this one. Its great for talking to ur neighbors across the street.
The beep sound lags so it cant keep up with even the slowest Morse operator.
Beep beep
good
Terrible touch recognition
Only good for learning what the semi fore is. The games are frustratingly Innaccurate.
The developers need to work on getting rid of the lag, and response time of the users touches. Once you get past single digits(letters), and you move on to words, the response of your presses begin to mesh together. Its ok for letters, and it is free. I think it has potential to be awesome if it had more accurate response to the users presses.
The dash stops working after a few seconds. But you get points for packing in huge amount of advertising.
Ive tried several Morse code apps is this one works best for learning Morse code. The interface is easy to use and easy to understand. The app have useful functions that can help you to learn Morse code easily and quickly.
I own almost every morse code related app in the store. This app is by far the one I find most useless. Buy this app only if you enjoy total crap.
I spent a few minutes trying to figure it out, but it was just unclear how to play the first game. The UI was also hard to navigate what with all the adverts popping up in my face. Gives the app a real spammy feel.
